This machine is of particular interest in that it can be quickly converted from civil to military use and vice versa. It is illustrated here in its military form with gun turret in position. Machines of this type have been supplied to the South African Government for passenger routes, where they form a reserve for defence. There are other civil types of Envoy, one of which was purchased for the use of the Royal Family. |
